Welcome to the International Conference on Information Technology in Education & E-Learning - ITEeL 2012 , will act as a major forum for the presentation of innovative ideas, approaches, developments, and outcomes of research projects in the area of technology-based education, entertainment and management as well as the exchange of information between researchers, faculty, administrators and practitioners. Main groups of conference topics include but are not limited to applications of advanced technology and software-hardware systems for modern teaching and learning, best practices and case studies on innovative technology-based teaching strategies and instructional design approaches, institutional strategies and policies on technology-based education and training, technology-based open and distance education, national and international projects and collaboration, and technology as an enabler of globalization of education. ITEeL 2012 will be held during Dec 17-18, 2012; in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, is organised by the Association of Computer Electronics and Electrical Engineers (ACEEE).

Another goal is to promote scientific information interchange between researchers, developers, engineers, students, and practitioners working in India and abroad. The conference will be held every year to make it an ideal platform for people to share views and experiences in Information, Telecommunication, E-Learning and related areas. All the registered papers will be published by the Springer (both Print and CD media) and it will be made available in the Springer Digital Library.

English is the official language of the conference. We welcome paper submissions. Prospective authors are invited to submit full (and original research) papers (which is NOT submitted/published/under consideration anywhere in other conferences/journal) in electronic (PDF only) format.
